Quality

Measured, recorded, repeatable

A part is only as good as the evidence that it is right. Dimensions are verified against the model, critical features are measured on a CMM, and an inspection report can travel with the shipment.

For a new part, a first article inspection confirms the process before volume starts - the cheapest possible moment to find a problem.

Materials

A short list of well-understood materials beats a long list of unknowns

Aluminium, stainless, carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics - with the tolerance and finish each one can actually hold.

6061-T6 as the default, 7075 where strength matters. Machines fast, anodises well.
